The boys took place in a flag retirement ceremony last week and it was taped by a local TV channel for "Flag Day" (today). Afterward the camera guy came over and asked me a question. I tried to hide behind a tree and I tried to run but he got me. I begged him to leave me alone but he wouldn't. Here it is. The boys look cute. You can see the Little Man but I don't see too much of the Older Boy (ironic since the Older Boy is actually part of the Scouts and the Little Man isn't technically a Scout until the fall). I'm Mom #2. My mouth looks like I had a stroke or something - kind of twisted. I could use a lot more make up too. Why couldn't that camera man have left me alone?

You are way too hard on yourself, my friend, I honestly think you looked great! I really enjoyed the news clip, I had no idea that's how they retired a flag so found it quite interesting. I'm wondering if they do it the same way here in Canada, will have to Google it:-) xoxo
You don't look like you are suffering from Bell's Palsy or anything. You look fine!
What a nice thing to put on your blog. I've known about it, but not exactly how it was done.
Very informational!
I thought you looked just fine! My husband was interviewed one time and was aggravated that after everything that was said, they only used a clip of about the same length of time. I bet your boys were delighted to see you on the news.
Happy New Year~..................................................
