A Product Endorsement

Last week the nice people from Wateroos
sent me some of their products to try. Over the last week we've been testing them out and the boys have been giving me feedback on what they think.
First off, let me say thank you to Carson for sending these. The boys think they are awesome. We don't usually have a lot of drink boxes around our house because it's just not cost effective, so these were a real treat.
Here's what the boys like:
They love the animals on the front of the box and fight over who gets what animal.
They like the flavors although the plain water is their favorite and apple is their least favorite.
And Mom:
I like the fact that I can throw these in diaper bag and they don't leak. Yesterday I took a sippy cup with us and the entire inside of my diaper bag was wet by the time we got to Safety Town and the diaper bag left a big ol' wet spot on my hin*y from were I had it slung over my shoulder (BIG plus for Wateroos that they don't leak. Mama doesn't need a wet hin*y).
I love that they are free of sugar, juice (natural flavors only), and here is their allergen statement "We manufacture Wateroos in a plant free of gluten (wheat, barley, rye, oats), dairy (casein, lactose, whey), peanuts, tree nuts, egg, potato, rice, sesame, or yeast. In addition, our dedicated line has NO soy protein, soy lecithin, soy oil, fish, or shellfish. Wateroos is made on a line shared with other products that may contain corn, sugar, onion, garlic, and sulfites (potential trace amounts in juices used on same line). Wateroos is also GMO-free".
I also like that they don't spill easily. Give the Little Man a bottle of water and watch him shower himself.

The downside:
They aren't sold around here (yet) and they are a little pricey.
But I would pay the extra price for a special outing (beach, zoo, etc.) because they are so easy to carry and THEY DON'T LEAK (wet hin*y?). I really like the fact that they are water and not juice. The kids get too much sugar throughout the day and I really don't like giving them more through beverages.

You can go to Their Website for more information, to see if they have them in a store near you, or to order on line.

So TWO THUMBS UP for Wateroos from the house of ChupieandJsmama!

We just got our samples on Mon and have been trying them this week! I was going to do a review sometime soon as well - too funny!

Kayla didn't seem to care too much for the grape-flavored one, she'll try the apple one tomorrow. I thought they tasted like really watered down juice, but that's ok - we like water around here!

Thanks Janeen. I'll have to check them out. I don't give the girls juice at all. Ok - oj is an extremely rare treat for Kayla. I feel so lost in bloggy land with all my traveling lately. But I did manage to get a post up today. Yay!
